Within the last full year, I drank alcohol on average once every 3.5 days (down from 2.7 last year). I had a 6% higher mood, on average, on days I drank vs days I didn't. My longest sustained drinking streak was 5 days, and longest gap with no drinking was 18 days.

(The majority of times I drink are usually 0.5-1 drinks, i unfortunately haven't tracked 'times i got drunk (2+ drinks)' but my guess would be about 1.2x/month)

The better metric I am curious about, is what was your mood on days after you drank as opposed to the days that you did not drink on the previous day.

How was your mood on days you didn’t drink but drank the day before, vs days you didn’t drink & didn’t drink the day before?

Assuming that alcohol makes you feel better thru GABA but down regulates GABA I would compare happiness on days after you drink vs a period of no drinking
However your quantity consumed sounds low enough may be hard to see big difference
