Within the last full year, I showered on average once every 11.4 days (down from 10.7 last year). I had a 1% higher mood, on average, on days I showered vs days I didn't. My longest sustained shower streak was 1 day, and longest gap with no showering was 29 days.

i think i am a bit stinkier than average sometimes, but not significantly. anyone who knows me irl feel free to chime in here

I get this. I often rely on deodorant and eschew full showers for several days at a time. But I usually can't bear to go for more than a day without washing my hair.
