Within the last full year, I showered on average once every 11.4 days (down from 10.7 last year). I had a 1% higher mood, on average, on days I showered vs days I didn't. My longest sustained shower streak was 1 day, and longest gap with no showering was 29 days.

The Georgians didn’t bathe often - believing it to open the pores to diseases. Instead they had a bowl and a jug of water and soap. They washed their face and dirty bits, and “job done” most days.

Define "knows" You weren't noticeably stinky that one time I met you, and I have a (over)sensitive sense of smell. (Have to hold my nose anywhere perfumes are sold, else headache from overload) People vastly overestimate how stinky long-term reduction of showers makes people
