Within the last full year, I had sex on average once every 5.7 days (up from 7.2 last year). I had a 11% higher mood, on average, on days I had sex vs days I didn't. My longest sustained streak was 4 days, and longest gap with no sex was 55 days.

Masturbation on the other hand, was once every 13 days (down from every 8.5 days last year), and was associated with a -3% in mood. Longest sustained streak was 2 days, longest gap with no masturbation was 33 days.

I generally did not live with any partners at all last year, the year before I lived with a partner for 3 months, so ?? but i'm also dating 2 ppl this year vs 1 last year
