Lip filler weirds me out, like what if instead of being fully broken down it just...migrated away?! (I guess that also applies to filler in the other high-movement areas.)

Buccal fat removal seems divisive among cosmetic surgeons, but like can't you just get a fat transfer back in that area when you're older? Or maybe the migrated lip filler would settle down there idk
