yeah having new types of bodies would help with this a lot. but also imo even in our current bodies being able to be trans seems chill and good to me, cause i support efforts to actually mold yourself into whatever you want, i just also think this applies to more than gender

While I completely disagree agree that all identities should be malleable. I think you missing a premise that make the current stance on transgender rights consistent. Trans people aren’t trying to become the sex they transition to, in important ways they already were that sex.

Absolutely. As body modification fuses more with technology, at a certain point, we'll be capable of customizing/changing ourselves in any way we want. Most people will end up doing this in some form or another, especially when we get to the point where it's easy and reversible.
