I take it you're asking whether it should be legal for a woman to sign a piece of paper purporting to do this, so I answered "yes." But this agreement would not actually be a *contract*, in the sense of a legally enforceable agreement, for several reasons.

Given that the mother doesn't own the soul of her fetus, entering a contract to sell it would constitute a naked short sale, and I think it should be illegal for the same reason that naked short sales are generally illegal.
