"Every kind of expression" is meaningless nonsense, since you said yourself that the distinciton between men and women is blurring. You don't have more categories, more expression, but only one, not a world painted in all colors, but uniform grey

increased access to clothes and more designs after the industrial revolution seems to have enhanced our ability to express through fashion instead of making fashion dull and grey

I think you are thinking in yesterdays' terms. There will be more acknowledging that nobody fits strict boxes and many people will see themselves as some sort of somewhat queer, somewhat fluid w.r.t both gender. Yeah, ethnicity could come there as well.

The problem is that while gender is an internal thing - race is imposed on people externally by society. I think it is hypothetically possible to eventually be raceless - society no longer sorts everyone according to arbitrary "races". But "jumping" between races - not so much.

the loss of societally productive masculinity as part of this phenomenon is an associated cost that will become apparent within the next 10 years. the transhumanist future will need rethinking.
