Men: when asking someone out, how would you most like to be rejected? Like what's the best way someone can say no to you?
(NOT including flattering reasons like "I wanna fuck u so bad but I have a monog boyfriend")

"No, thank you" is curt but ultimately best. Any excuse beggars the mind to overcome that excuse.

Lol, you might have more experience delivering this message than anyone in these comments.

Any polite and clear rejection, ‘No, thank you’ is easy to accept. The slow no is much more problematic.

Ideal for me: "Sorry, but I'm not interested because [reason you're actually uninterested]." Not ideal for women, though, b/c then many dudes will argue or call you a bitch.
So "Sorry, (something positive), but I'm not interested" is probably the best answer for average guy.

Step 1. Use your index finger and thumb to create an “L” shape.
Step 2. Raise that shape level and frame my face with it.
Step 3. Use your free hand and gesture as if swiping left.
Then strut away. No words necessary.

Don't know, never happened. Just a statement of fact. Maybe because I would always make sure there was at least some spark between us before I ever asked somebody out.
Never understood the concept of asking a total stranger just because you liked the way she looked.

Complete honesty in full detail. Could be "I don't find you physically attractive enough, and I have better options," or "I'm really looking someone who is more X and you seem more Y," or "I was into you until you said [line]."
