Can't quite remember, but more noteworthily I do vividly remember getting very near orgasm and neither properly orgasming nor ejaculating, but entering the refractory period afterwards.

I feel some people must be misunderstanding the question. A wet dream is both an ejaculation and an orgasm, whether you were awake for it or not. To have one without the other is vanishingly rare
