i assume u think someone can, in theory, be enlightened? and this person can, in theory, be exactly cloned, and their clone would also be enlightened? which would imply enlightenment is in fact attributed to some sort of material structure

I think it'd be about dynamics of one's working brain. It'd require not cloning, but a very precise snapshot, taken together with signals which are being transmitted by neurons in that moment. The result would not be another enlightened person but exactly the same person, copied.
