Idk I am attracted to high smv men, and it wasn’t until I met my husband that I realize that high smv and mult partners or infidelity are mutually exclusive. My husband is high smv but also high self discipline, communications, and personal moral code. 1

The hyperfocus on one individual is a key aspect of the pleasure in romantic relationships IMO too. I usually just end up finding partner/s who also derive pleasure from the same. That isn't mutually exclusive with high SMV, but most are already dating monogamously, obviously
