I tried to start doing what you did on tumblr a long time ago but I was too self-conscious about my super oily hair being at work

I used to wash it every day. But my hair is over 20 inches long and I take way over 30 minutes in the bathroom altogether (not just counting my hair but all the other stuff I do too. But hair takes the most time). So, I only wash it every other day for the sake of my roommates.

I’d love to see this broken down by daily activity level and how frequently people sweat.

Should be split up between femme/non-femme presenting. Not unusual for femmes to not wash everyday

Used to be every 3-4 days. Then dermatologist told me to wash every day to fix seborrheic dermatitis. It did help!
