In 2018 my colleague and I published a paper in Journal of Sexual Medicine on the personality of BDSM folks. That was a sample of ~900 people which was huge at the time 😂

i also collected a bit of data on personality - asked 10 questions (2 per) from the big-5, as well as questions about powerlessness and mental illnesses

Nice, curious if you find similar results as we did: BDSM folks had a more sound/robust/favorable psychological profile compared to vanilla folks.
