Ceteris paribus, women are more able to successfully choose a partner for casual sex. But men are more able/likely to enjoy the experience overall.

The big difference isn't in the ability to enjoy casual sex, though I believe there is a sex-based difference, it's in the ability to emotionally detach from the partner and accept that you're never going to have sex with that person again.

I don't think "ability" is a good word for this.
Greater likelihood, men, because the cost of sex is so much lower for men than women.

In our present culture, men on average slightly, but most of that is because our culture still has weird hangups about female causal sexuality that I expect to go away over time.
