This question was probably recieved as "which word do you think best describes you" by a lot of people who aren't familiar with attachment styles but still want to answer something. The "don't know" is way too low for a question about something so technical

I ask them if it's the first time taking the survey and delete everyone who says no

I guess this says something about self perception but I wouldn't conclude anything much about actual attachment styles from it

Given the extreme negative value given to men for reporting anything other than "Secure" attachment that doesn't apply to any other gender, this isn't surprising - but it's not accurate, either.
