Are you suggesting there’s literally no socially enforceable norm for what is and is not appropriate presentation in a professional setting?

Consider the idea that boys being distracted by that stuff might not be just a cultural issue, but a biological one - something you can’t just culturally condition out of boys. Hence why a lot of successful cultures have gone the route of “be responsible” over “be expressive.”

1)In some situations, yes. Why is that too much to ask? A hundred decent looking guys with their shirts off would distract a girl for a couple minutes, a single girl with a low cut top or a short skirt could throw off a class of boys the entire day. Because of male sexuality-
