Insofar as this person has an autogynephilic kink, they're (arguably) imposing their kink on minors, without their full, informed consent, when they're paid by taxpayers to care for their kids. Which seems wrong, & not consistent with consent norms in BDSM subculture.

It's a tricky issue, & there's a lot of 'moral dumbfounding' at work here. Another example would be, what if a teacher wore a big silicone 'packer' that made it look like that had an enormous penis when teaching? Would it matter whether they were bio male or FTM trans?

To me this is a case where lots of people would object to a similarly distracting thing that wasn't at all sexual--for example, if the teacher wore a gigantic prosthetic nose or a wig that dragged behind them like the train of a wedding dress.
