in late May my toenail got torn off abruptly and almost entirely, was flapping like a door on a hinge. here's healing process photos so far. much of the nail u see is still actually disconnected from the bed, just 'glued' down:

oh yo i had this happen recently too, its wild when the new nail just... pushes it off from below and the whole old nail just falls off
