Almost every conversation I have in New York outside work is with women who do not want to be poly but are somehow forced to. I realise over and over that more people are more conservative than you think. I don’t think that’s a bad thing either.

For my personal skin in the game, I am not poly and do not want to be and would never ever even consider it outside some major apocalyptic scenario and even in that apocalyptic scenario I would rather turn into a monk than share someone or feel someone is OK sharing me.
