Everyone I know who has taken adderall has told me they regretted it & that it was a fake out in terms of performance/happiness
I don’t know if this represents most cases, & your experience might certainly be different, but I would love to hear from founders in the replies twitter.com/aRobotNamedSna

adderall made me feel like a real person. it's not a 100% fix but it's actually bumped me into being able to be a functional adult and get projects done. i'm deeply grateful for it. I take 7.5ir or 15xr about once every 2-3 days.

I’ve had friends who report magical productivity early, then mood swings and diminished gains
Everyone is different, it seems, so just make sure you’re working with great advisors and you are thoughtful about it

For what it's worth, it took me about 2-3 years to burn out on adderall.

I think a lot of people who *don’t actually have ADHD* take it and run into issues eventually. Taking as needed vs daily is also a solid move, that’s what I do too.
