I don't understand how people have work-life balance. If I'm working on something, I do it all day, every day, and I have trouble taking intentional hours off or spending some hours on a 2nd project. Either that or I do zero work for days or weeks at a time.

Interesting I tend to mentally separate the work I do for money from the work I do because of passion/enjoyment. For me that’s the real psychological driving factor. The more i do work I love the less work/life balance I have.
