It looks like you were mainly asking about the fetish of doing the act with an animal. Maybe I missed it, but did you look at the rates of people who like watching others do it. Ie what rate do cus men find the thought of women with dogs arousing?

It's like how so many baby animals are cute. The "omg cute" response evolves more slowly than physical appearance, so the reliable way to find your own species babies cute is to find all animal babies cute.

Very well done writeup!
Though, I do think there is one issue; I believe that you are using the wrong word for some of these questions. In many cases you should use zoophilia/zoosexuality. Zoophilia is the attraction to non-humans. Bestiality is specifically a sexual interaction.
