I’m wondering why folks mostly do these as Google docs vs a page on their website.
I like the cold vs warm dichotomy - cerebral vs emotional? Meta-comfortable? But the term also connotes interpersonal warmth, which is wholly consistent with what you describe as cold culture.

You could probably condense the bullet points on sadism and emotional maturity into “has read the works of the Marquis de Sade.” Otherwise I think these two might be almost mutually exclusive.
