my younger sister is looking for a job! She's hilarious, great with people, art, organizing, and aesthetics.
She'd love to talk to people who
1) might want to hire her (remote ok)
2) are down to chat about their own experience finding work with similar skills

If you can help, either by sussing her out for job compatibility or if you're just happy to do a call with her to tell her about your life work journey (ideal if you also aren't college educated!), then DM her on twitter!

She def has comic talent. I hope she gets to use it, whatever she does.

One suggestion re: people & organising; PM at a tech firm.
Definitely doesn’t need a degree but maybe harder to get into without one - route in as a non-grad could involve working as say a PMO Assistant/Admin for a couple of years first and being super keen & organised.

When you say job, why not artist? The ones who make it have the ability to find a niche and have the social acumen to go make it happen?
