with friendships/relationships, i often feel like i'm made out of jello, and the person lands like a hot ball in my neck area. over time and exposure, the person descends downward through my body; it feels as though different people are 'lodged' in different parts of my body 1/

separately, it feels like different disputes or concerns happen in different parts of my body; i can be upset and activated in the chest or solar plexus or stomach or whatever, and it kinda feels like my relationships 'survive' if the person is located *lower* than the dispute

Like, if someone has sunk into my stomach, then in a fight with them my chest and throat can freak out, but they're still settled in my body for good. like, some fights are about 'should i downgrade how important this person is to me', and other fights don't have that as anoption

when someone is settled lower in my body than the fight, then 'should i downgrade the importance of this relationship' isn't on the table; if the person is at the same level of the fight, or above it, then it is, to some degree, what the fight is about.

idk if this makes sense/is insane, and i dont think it holds perfectly for all types of relationships, but it's often the imagery/sensations that i use to experience my relationships with others
