I didn't interpret it that way (consciously, maybe subconsciously) but I guess some people might interpet fully ideal world to mean simply that they would never be dissatisfied with their partner physically or otherwise; but I'd still pick Yes even in non ideal world

All through history the most high-status men (i.e. men who could do whatever they wanted) have rarely kept themselves to one partner. A harem is the stronger fantasy & desire for most men I think.
