Might not be practical - but the best diet for my IBS was a fresh farm permaculture vegetarian diet — sooo many greens in every meal (things like cranberry hibiscus, moringa katok), beans, fermented foods and fruits. I tried FODMAP, keto, low-carb, IF — all good in some way tho.

Bio K has been found clinically effective and is used in Canadian hospitals for reducing stomach problems post antibiotic use. Get the drink packs, have a third of a container every day, it’ll last you 3 or so weeks.
