I was youngest of 3 sisters. Born into low status. Chattel basically. One reason I left at 16.

not a regular one with a set amount, but I got a fair amount of money for birthdays, christmas, etc. and my parents were mostly happy to just, buy what I asked for if it wasn't obviously unreasonable (still are, tbh)

I wish I didn't....all it taught me was that I'm going to regularly get money to spend for doing nothing
