i got a really bad calf cramp for the first time two days ago, and my muscle has been sore since, like I worked out hard. Is it doing the same thing as working out? If I figure out how to intentionally induce intense muscle cramps all over will this make me buff?

That doesn’t rule out the possibility, worth getting it checked out. Be on the lookout for sudden shortness of breath, chest pain in near term, which can be caused by an embolism of a dvt
