i got a really bad calf cramp for the first time two days ago, and my muscle has been sore since, like I worked out hard.
Is it doing the same thing as working out? If I figure out how to intentionally induce intense muscle cramps all over will this make me buff?

it's not swollen or inflamed, no discoloration, feels basically exactly like i just worked out

I think you can do something like this with TENS or EMS, but I expect it's just as uncomfortable as exercise

No, it won't make you buff but if it happens in the middle of the night you'll pray you never get one again.

Have you recovered from covid recently?
Any history of clots?
Any known genetic clotting disorders?
Cramping apropos of nothing is a symptom of a potentially severe thing.
The soreness that lingered for 2 days is another indicator.
Go to the ER and get that leg scanned.
