Answered yes/yes. Aversive/gross is putting it too strongly but a close up of a vagina is not attractive imo. They're fun to play with but not aesthetically pleasing when spread close up.

When i was younger i used to think vaginas are gross but now im neutral to it. Vaginas dont turn me on. Big butt, big boobs, wide hips, pretty face, slim to average waist, narrow shoulders, big lips, small nose , big eyes, small chin, nice teeth is what turns me on
