A lot of hours in my day are spent vaguely trying to do things and feeling guilty about not doing them, but feeling too tired to focus or have motivation, and then just sort of.... waiting for the day to end so I can sleep and hope I have a bit more energy the next day.

Might be worth pursuing other remedies if you haven't already, e.g. dental appliance. My case is borderline according to the study numbers but CPAP made a huge difference to my life.

Replying to and
my xp with CPAP masks the normal plastic ones = annoying all night memory foam masks = waaaay better cloth cover over plastic mask = perfect I feel like people starting with the first kind is the worst first impression.
