Conversation

A lot of hours in my day are spent vaguely trying to do things and feeling guilty about not doing them, but feeling too tired to focus or have motivation, and then just sort of.... waiting for the day to end so I can sleep and hope I have a bit more energy the next day.

This sounds very similar to my own past experience. I eventually figured out it was mostly diet-related. Once I permanently transitioned to a low-carb, almost no grain, no cow’s milk diet things got a lot better for me. Wasn’t easy, took time & also involved some other measures.
