Fwiw, know many people who have had amazing success reversing auto immunity on the diet.
Stick with it. It’s worth it. See a functional medicine doctor too imho. Can recommend one too if you’d like. (Offers virtual visits).

I'm not on AIP but I have many diet restrictions from my autoimmune.
It's hard at first but the longer you go without the easier it gets.
Now I go w friends and they apologize profusely for getting ice cream and I'm just like vro I'm literally chilling.

ΑIP was one the most brutal things i’ve had to endure. and it’s a lot more challenging when you don’t live in a country were you can easily find AIP compatible alternatives.

I was on a clear liquid diet several weeks for medical reasons. I ended up watching cooking shows like a 14 year old watching porn. Lol.

AIP is an Elimination Diet. Considering how reintroduction phase will return those Foods you crave it should get better over time.
