as i've talked about before, I have a severe needle phobia. It's genetic, makes me pass out. But yesterday I got my blood drawn, and I used numbing cream beforehand (that I ordered from the sketchy internet) and it was GREAT. If u suffer like me I recommend at least trying it.

Vaso vagal symptoms? Heart slows down/stops, you pass out and have a tremendous headache for an hour afterwards?
Used to deal with it too.
The passing out is from sudden blood pressure drop. If you perform the same maneuver high-g pilots use, it stops the pressure drop.
