Same; as soon as I heard what polyamory was I was instantly like 'ohhhh that's clearly what I am, now my feelings make sense' and never had any doubts about it since, not once. For me polyamory isn't a choice, it's an observation.

There’s a difference in effect of “can but don’t want” and “want but can’t” The former requires change in attitude the latter needs extra effort/resources spent. In other words, for the same frequency of intercourses men work harder hence the original argument

You think his poly gf would have the same amount of sex as him. This seems unlikely if he doesn't have the average amount of sex with non-gf people, and the median man doesn't have an average amount of sex due to inequality. While the median woman will be closer to average.
