i hate the trans culture war; can't people agree that 'being trans' is a real oppressed thing we need way more cultural compassion for, and also that trans ppl aren't in fact completely biologically identical to their desired gender and u cant control ppl's perception of gender

There are biological differences between me and a cis woman but they are much smaller than the biological differences between me and a cis man. If we cluster people into "biological woman" and "biological man" then post-hrt/surgery trans women fall closer to the woman cluster.

Being trans is caused by biology. So I don't see how somebody calling themselves a "biological woman" necessarily mean that they are identical to all other "biological woman".
