A 'no' to this question is basically the definition for "agender" (the poll phrasing was lifted directly from a dictionary entry for agender). It looks like, according to this definition, about 30% of the population is agender, which falls under the trans umbrella and is not cis.

Do you have an "internal sense" of being male or female?

I think this just goes to show that gender really is a social construct and not something innate. The more I learned about gender, the more I realized that I was agender. Can I think most people would realize they are probably in the same boat, given enough understanding.

Every nondelusional person is agender, as gender is a social construct. How is that trans though, when trans is about being so progender that one is willing to take on massive body transformations for it?

I guess this is the same as asking do you an "inner sense" that you have a soul, the answer would depend a lot on the persons beliefs and perspective based on those beliefs.

I struggle with the concept of "gender identity". I have no sense of it, and when saying this to people they tell me "don’t be silly of course you do" which, had it been said in response to *any other statement* about my gender identity would constitute rank transphobia.

I think the poll wording is too vague to tease out some differences here, it relies on the answerer reading between the lines on some things, and everybody is going to read between the lines differently.

…or “gender” is a spook developed by Money because he needed an excuse to keep getting away with child molestation. And people answering “no” recognize that.
