There's nuance. Do I like myself as I am currently? Yes. Do I recognize 10 things to improve in myself everyday? Again yes. But there's rarely a day where the second feeling overpowers the first. thus answered yes.

I had a moment a couple of months ago where I became aware that I was a version of myself that exists in a sea of all possible versions of myself. I embraced every single one and committed to them fully. Since then, my life has improved in ways I couldn’t have imagined.

I find self-acceptance a perplexing virtue. Obviously I'm not endorsing self-hatred or anything like that, but I am confused as to what mental state self-acceptance would amount to, or why it would be desirable.
