Cis celebrities make up the most ridiculous nicknames and we use them with ease. YouTube personalities don't even use their real names half the time. You're choosing to believe it's difficult because you don't want to admit it's easy and incredibly normalized for cishets
I'm very pro pronoun but this feels like a strawman; pronouns "feel" like physical descriptors to people in a way names don't, and changing a descriptor is way more difficult.
