1. The search process is similar - u look at listings for people who describe what they're on about, and it's hard to trust reviews cause ppl have such different needs. And so much depends on compatibility! You might need to try a few before finding one that works for you.

The actually good therapists are ones who genuinely feel respect and positive regard for all their clients, and deeply care about helping them. That's not really in the job description for a sex worker

Because it's generally assumed that noone becomes a sex worker primarily to enjoy good times with the clients, nor to help them. It's about the $$, so any show of interest can be assumed to be an act. True for many therapists as well, but those are worthless.

Most, but not all... and I'll bet your acting skills are good enough that the clients can't tell the difference. Nor do they have any right to. Whereas a therapist who fakes respect for the client is committing a serious breach of trust.
