Not entirely related but, If anyone is interested a good podcast ep. from 2019 discussing reparations is backstory.newamericanhistory.org/episodes/repar . In particular the last 4 segments (if you scroll down it's split up), the Georgetown part is ok.

I think it maybe that we all have to search these terms just so we understand what they mean. I initially thought BIPOC bisexual people of color. So I looked it up.
