Have you ever watched 80% or more of all the episodes in a non-cartoon TV show created before 1965?

Interesting, I wonder why you chose that year

The people replying 'no' to this have a world of joy waiting for them on Youtube in the shape of the Phil Silvers Show.

I don't think so, voted no. The one I've watched the most is probably I Love Lucy but I doubt I've watched 162 episodes of it.

I have seen nearly all of an old black and white Sherlock Holmes series called "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes" which I believe is from 1954. Also seen quite a bit of the Beverly Hillbillies and Munsters/Addams Family.

Yep, The Twilight Zone. The closest after that would be The Prisoner (1967)

Echoing others: despite watching a fair amount of daytime syndicated TV as a kid, the only pre-'65, live-action shows I can recall watching the majority of are "I Love Lucy" (but not "The Lucy Show," for some reason) and "The Twilight Zone."
