I support the right to give up those children to the state. I'm not happy about that, but I'm less happy with the idea of leaving them in the hands of parents who want them dead.

No. Because this country lumps everyone whom is mentally disabled or physically disabled Ike that. I know someone in the field that helps I have special needs kids. I AM a non abled bodied human. Stop fucking with us and our status. We are ghost next to the homeless!

Mmmmm, I don't think so? I'd be more sanguine about the parents having the right to give the child up to someone else's care and abdicate all social and legal responsibility.
