If it goes from 5% cis women 95% men to 5% cis women 45% trans women 50% men it would necessarily be more diverse, but we would have to investigate why are trans women so overly represented, and why cis women are still equaly under represented 🤔

Trans women are over represented in traditionally male tech fields, so it wouldn’t be surprising. That said, 50% trans is a BIG over representation, so I would think that’s pretty weird. But if you want to increase WOMEN in tech… I’m going to expect it to be bio-women

Trans women have male brains, so that'd still be mostly men (from a performance pov).
