Is it a thing where really high end prices use "." instead of zeros? Like 3000 is "3."? I feel like i've seen this before but I don't know what it's called or how common it is

no i don't mean reversing periods and commas, I mean *replacing* the 000 with . entirely

Huh, idk Is this maybe related to the European numbering punctuation where they list three thousand as "3.000,00"?

I could see it on places with hella inflated currencies, haven't heard it before tho
Closest thing German prices using the dash instead of 0, but only before or after decimals as far as I can tell
