One thing I'm finding in my data is that gender is inextricably linked to sexuality; this is obvious with how men and women like different things, but it's also equally as strong with cis vs trans; they're showing up with roughly the same distance of sexuality as men and women

I would agree, though be careful to draw casual conclusions from observational data. Their linking might be purely related, because of other external (confounding) factors (like how things are portrayed to young boys Vs girls etc) rather than a fundamental difference.

I've been wondering, since there are boob men and butt men, are there boob lesbians and butt lesbians as well? Or are women really less simple?

Aligning with the feminine or the masculine principle (depth psychology) is also partly a conscious proces, in other words: choice.

I'm interested in the results for non-binary people, but guessing there probably won't be enough people to draw conclusions. I feel like I'm probably atypical though these days.

There's evidence that those with early-onset gender dysphoria are mostly attracted to their natal sex - does that come out in your data? There seem to be major differences between early/late-onset GD
