Is vore a major outlier among other fetishes for ADHD bio males? Because maybe ADHD leads to getting distracted on the internet, which leads to more wandering into weird internet fetishes, including but not limited to vore. But if it's just vore, then that theory doesn't fit.

huh, here's speculation that vore correlates with pica, the eating or craving of non-food things. Pica correlates with nutrient deficiencies (most notably, I've heard, low iron leads to craving eating ice). ADHD also correlates with nutrient deficiencies.

My guess is there's something going on with "altbrain" - vore more common among trans ppl (i think?), who are more likely to report mental illness
