Thinking about running a Dance Hell class (at a real dance venue!) in austin.
1. if uve been to a dance hell, any feedback? Exercises that were great vs exercises that weren't, things that were confusing/clear, parts to keep/discard
2. which technical part do u wanna see more of

most confusing part to me was how much to be aware of other people. it might’ve been helpful for you to explicitly say “focus on the music, ignore what everyone else is doing” if you really want that to be the focus?

i felt a little self-conscious during the first half at vibe camp with the lights still on, maybe doing it all in the dark will help people get comfortable faster

I don't remember the exercises much (I'm comfortable dancing so maybe they weren't salient to me), the best part was during the actual dance part, when unusual songs you typically wouldn't dance to came on

Two things that stuck with me longest was the exersize where u imagine a hole in your chest and line thru it and the dancing awfully on purpose exersize.
Having a bigger space with more ventilation would have improved things a lot
